Sebastian Office Mold Clean-up!
The new owners of this commercial space called SERVPRO of Vero Beach to remediate mold that was growing in one of the offices of their newly purchased space. We arrived the morning after they closed on the property to begin mitigation. Our technicians started by setting up containment and removing all of the affected drywall. Then, they treated the non-porous surfaces for mold. Finally, the techs set up HEPA filtered air scrubbers to, essentially, clean up any airborne mold spores. Using air scrubber is key to ensure high indoor air quality after mold remediation. Once the process was completed reconstruction could begin on the space.
